working towards our goals is naturally challenging because the

traditional approach to goal-setting does not align with our unique

needs and strengths. In this episode, we explore how to create New

Year’s resolutions that are neurodivergent-friendly, empowering us to

make meaningful progress and celebrate our achievements along the way.
