A Different Approach to My Second Maternity Leave

What would you do differently the second time around? I’m getting the chance to dig deep into this question as I prepare for my second maternity leave this fall. As my due date crawls closer, I have been thinking a lot about what my family’s lives will look like after the baby arrives.
