In this episode of the Brawn Body Health and Fitness Podcast, Dan is joined by Zakary Morris to discuss Kettlebell Training, how to master complex kettlebell movements such as the snatch, Turkish getup, bent press, benefits of training with kettlebells, and so much more!
Zakary Morris is a self-published author and a Strongfirst SFG1 certified kettlebell instructor who is devoted to exploring the possibilities of training with kettlebells in order to help people become stronger. He is the author of “Simple Snatch Programming” and “Wielding Excalibur” which is geared toward improving the kettlebell snatch and the bottom up press respectively. Zak graduated from Western Governors University in 2018 and completed an MBA with an IT Management concentration. Over the past two years, Zak has developed communities within Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok while connecting with like-minded people and focusing upon camaraderie, shared interest, and becoming better as an athlete. When he is not training, Zak is a systems administrator and has worked in the banking industry for the last 11 years.
