Anna Davila is a Purpose Mentor and Certified Breathwork Facilitator. She worked in the medical field for over 10 years and found there was a missing link to achieving overall wellness in herself and the community she served. After going through an extensive personal journey, Breathwork found her. She began to dig into her own trauma and heal aspects of herself she didn’t know existed.

There was a profound positive change in all aspects of her life; Anna knew her next level of service would be guiding others to experience the same kind of transformation. She has experience with many aspects of trauma, learning to love yourself fully, stepping into one's purpose, power and strengthening one’s intuition. She creates a strong, grounded space for positive transformation to take place.
