But I know that I want to work less. Those things are in direct competition with each other!

I have spent so many summers working in my office and feeling jealous of the people who were outside. I always felt obligated to be ‘in the trenches’ because I convinced myself that more work equals more success. And that is so wrong! This summer, I am rewriting those rules and testing what happens when I work less, focus more, and trust that space might be the missing piece between where I am and where I want to be.
