Today I sit down with my great friend Ollie Moore, whose incredible journey took him from living in a country town in the UK to now living in the sunny Gold Coast in Australia. Initially, Ollie made the move as a way to escape his problems, but it turned out to be the best decision he ever made, transforming his life for the better.

Ollie has always been super into health and fitness but now his main focus is strength and endurance training, preparing for the Hyrox competitions he is competing in this year. 

We delve into the challenges he faced along the way, including the devastating loss of his two grandmothers, a painful breakup, and an injury that prevented him from training—the one thing he loves most.

Ollie opens up about how he managed to navigate these tough times and the valuable lessons he’s learned. We also discuss the concept of happiness and what it truly means to him, highlighting his journey from escaping his problems to finding his purpose and joy.
