His work encompasses the development of antimicrobial interventions and pathogen characterization in food systems. A research fellow at the Biosecurity Research Institute, Dr. Phebus is an alumnus of the University of Tennessee-Knoxville, holding a Ph.D. in Food Science and Technology.
