I just had a few extra minutes with all my equipment set up so decided to record this episode as it was the first and simplest thing that came to mind with no prep time. Also, it seemed like fun, and fantasy football has just been on my brain constantly.
From the outset this podcast has been about drawing parallels between life and fitness. How the lessons learned in the gym translate over to improve our lives overall. Well, I found a way to connect fantasy football and fitness.
Surprisingly, there is a lot more in common than meets the eye, and plenty of lessons to learn to help you in the gym.
