How can you stop seeking validation? What can we do as men to break this cycle?
Often, you're telling your wife about all your projects or accomplishments because you want her to validate you. When we go on with this quest for validation, we're giving up our power to our partner. Bu constantly seeking validation from your wife, you become needy, she becomes turned off, and your relationship goes down a dangerous road.
You need to make a big shift and start making changes in yourself. When she starts noticing positive changes - and you're not talking about it all the time - it will be more alluring and sexy to her. Be a better version of yourself and act as if you don't know it.
Not seeking the admiration of the people around makes you more attractive naturally. The signal that we send to our partner is that we are a solid man on a mission. We are on our path and we are unshakeable.
