Welcome to the first episode of my re-titled podcast!
This podcast, formerly known as Self-Care for Survivors of Trauma, has been RENAMED Grace + Boundaries: Navigating Intergenerational Trauma!
I'm fascinated by studying Intergenerational trauma and I wanted to share with you all why it's been the key to me learning how to be more graceful in all my relationships.
On today's episode, I share the two big mindshifs I've experienced over the past few months that have led me to feeling like a newer, better, more emotionally regulated, version of myself. Firstly, I made strides in setting healthy boundaries to protect my creative energy. Secondly, I had a miraculous shift in my viewpoint about others who have hurt or abused me in the past and how to navigate my relationships with them in the future.
It all comes down to holding my boundaries in place with GRACE.
