186. All About Fertility

I am dedicating today's episode to discussing the ins and outs of fertility for both women and men! 

When it comes to fertility, its important to know about the fertility basics and some of the more complex issues. When I discuss fertility, I take a different approach than many people. So many women just focus on trying to get pregnant, whereas I approach fertility beyond that one goal. Fertility should be about getting your body to a healthy point, sustaining a pregnancy, having a healthy birth and baby and THEN a healthy life afterwards! So many health professionals just focus on the goal of getting pregnant.
