In this episode I’m looking at one more angle on this topic of disappointment and ways to mitigate the negative feelings that can haunt and hinder us. I’m striving to find balance between letting disappointments handicap us, and minimizing feelings that have relevance as well. I’m going to continue a story and offer you some relevant human experiences so we can look at different angles of our perspectives and as I said in the title. Temper them. Not invalidate. But…lessen their impact. Let’s look at different angles of our own stories.
