Episode 19: Challenges in Coaching: Do Emotions Belong In The Coaching Room?
We will regularly be devoting a podcast episode to discussing some widely held coaching beliefs, common coaching practices and coaching challenges that are often pondered and debated.
In this episode we will be exploring emotions, and asking the question, Do they belong in the coaching room?
Some people worry about what to do when a coachee becomes emotional, or have concerns that it might a need for therapy, but we believe that emotions will always be present in the coaching room.
