For this week’s podcast, we caught up with British Ultra runner, Tom Evans. Tom recently finished third at the Ultra Trail du Mont Blanc (UTMB) in an incredible time of 20:34:36. He’s also pretty handy over the shorter events that we normally cover on the podcast; with sub 14 and 30 clockings over 5K and 10K respectively.
