How do you balance protein and carbs as a vegan? That's a question that we receive often. And it's a fair question!
Most protein-packed plant foods also tend to be high in either carbs or fat. For example, tofu is packed with high-quality plant protein, but it's also high in fat. Lentils are packed with high-quality plant protein, but they also contain lots of carbs. This can make it difficult to balance your macros, especially when you are working to shred fat.
