How Self-Care Leads To Self-Confidence

Why is self-esteem and self-confidence such an issue for women? This is something I asked myself lately because I have been struggling with a little self-confidence issues lately. I’m not usually like this, but I am transitioning a little in my business and operating in uncharted territories. Can you relate?
