Today I am joined by two men who deeply inspire me through the work they are doing for men in the mental health space- that is Kori & Manny from Mentality. Today we talk about some topics for the first time on the show - masculinity, the male experience with emotions (and stereotypes therein), what it means to be a strong woman who embraces the support of her man and balancing ambition with health. Understanding the strengths and differences in men and women can facilitate a stronger bond in a romantic relationships and in general, stronger relationships built on communication.
