Happy Summer to everyone! Summer means sun; sun means full-spectrum light; full-spectrum light means red and near-infrared light; red and NIR light means happy mitochondria! That was a long-winded way of saying that on this week's solosode of The Red Light Report, we will once again be reviewing the fundamentals of the mitochondria.
