Bill is a certified This Naked Mind coach. He changed his relationship with alcohol and has been free from alcohol since December 27th 2021.
Bill is using his experience and expertise to now help the LBGTQIA+ Community, to also find freedom from alcohol.
At only 16 years old Bill learned that alcohol was a way to help him cope with trauma experienced from being bullied and living in a volatile home.
After 40 years of drinking and drug use, he’s discovered that there are other healthier ways of managing his mental and emotional wellbeing.
In this episode Bill brings his radically honest story of change and how it is possible for anyone who wants to rethink alcohol in their life.
