His boots-on-the-ground approach led him to make his first real estate investment in Tampa, where he identified an underselling property and made a smart offer that was accepted.

As he continued to gain experience and add tools to his toolbox, Alex was able to expertly execute and close deals, raising value and keeping the ball rolling in his multifamily real estate investments.
