I drink a lot of water during the day and I have not started any new medication. What is the cause of dry mouth and what natural remedies would you suggest. Recently had my labs done and my creatinine was 1.24, BUN 19, and GFR 54. Any advice and recommendations to bring my level down would be greatly appreciated. I'm an active 49 yr old.
