In this episode we are interviewing our first coaching doctor, Dr Sarah Goulding. Sarah was a participant on our very first Transformational Coaching Diploma, and now has a portfolio career which includes her role as Head of Coaching for The Joyful Doctor. Sarah is also an appraiser and mentor within the NHS.
Find out what inspired Sarah to start learning about coaching, and how she uses it in her different roles now.
We will also explore her favourite coaching tool and find out what question she asks to encourage a coachee to reflect on the coaching conversation.
