006: How Taking A Month Off Will Make Your Business More Productive and Profitable... Seriously!
One of the biggest questions I get all of the time on social media from other advisors is “SERIOUSLY – How on EARTH can you take an entire month off?”
So, this week I am diving into why and how my Summer Sabbaticals started… and how they have been hands-down the most profitable and productive thing I have done for my business.
Yes, by taking a month off… completely unplugged… my profit went up. Counter intuitive? Not once you understand the business strategy behind the disconnection!!
In this episode:
· How a major charity that I work with used this concept to identify gaps in their business structure… mind blown!
· Why white space that comes from being unplugged and disconnected is so healthy for your business brain
· I’ll walk you through the process I used to build up to this extended time off – I promise it was a slow progression!
Spoiler Alert! Systems and processes AND an amazing team are a crucial component of being able to truly get away!
I hope you enjoy this shorty podcast and maybe add an extra day or two onto your next vacation as “business strategy” - hehehe!
