231: Critical Foundational Exercises Every Advisor Needs to Do - Level 1 of The Systems to Scale Framework

This week we are kicking off a podcast series! As you may or may not know, I have a framework that I’ve developed over the last nearly two decades in this business that I use to help advisors streamline their businesses. I call it the Systems to Scale Framework™ . Essentially, I’ve taken all the big processes and micro processes and have organized them for you!
