The wrath of human nature doesn't seem fair and the brunt of the world seems to strike too often.
Why do we have to live this way?
You don't, and neither do I. But in order to do that, you gotta collaborate with your Creator.
God loves you!
No, you may not like the circumstances of your situation. But that doesn't mean He's not for you.
Life is unfair. Life is full of struggles. However, life is beautiful when you see it through God's heavenly eyes.
This weekend, my husband and I celebrated 29 years of marriage and 32 1/2 years of being together as a couple. If I knew all that we would face before I committed to Him, I would not have said yes. But at the same time, if I knew all the beauty and impact we would create as a couple because of what we went through, there would be no hesitation. I would say YES thousands of times over.
The K.I.S.S. ~ It's the thought that counts!Life is beautiful when woven with struggles and troubles. It's in the linen of God's threads that create a life worth living. He is the hope and peace that surpasses all understanding.
And so that's how I see God. He gives you the opportunity to utilize your gifts and talents to impact the world He created.
That's a HUGE calling on all of us!!
So why do we sit back and expect all the good stuff without knowing that the bad stuff is required for the beauty to be exposed?
- Maybe you've thought about God, but not enough.
- Maybe you have used Him only on a 911 basis.
- Maybe you've tried to act like you have it all together, only to fall farther from where you started.
You need to ground yourself in God. It's the thought that counts. He wants you near to Him. And you can't be there with Him if you don't think about Him.
Draw close to God. Make time throughout your day to have conversations. And they don't have to be long-winded ones. A few moments is an eternity to the heart of Christ.
It's the thought that counts.
"Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"
