Why Acting Fast Makes You More Successful Without Being Reckless

Acting fast on a sound idea can help you grow. Check the risk, then move while the idea is fresh.

In Episode 88 of The Wisdom of Wrench Podcast, host Kevin Comerford and co-host Amanda Meyer explain immediate implementation: putting a good idea to work while the drive to act is strong. They cover the law of diminishing intent, how practice makes learning stick, and why trusted people can help you vet a big change. From a keyboard shortcut to a new call center system, they show how to weigh the source and the risk, set a time to act, and help your team learn faster by doing.
