I recently had the privilege of interviewing Dr. Carl Rothschild, one of the leading experts in the world on red light therapy. This was such an eye-opening conversation and I’m excited to share it with all of you!

For those not familiar, red light therapy involves exposing the body to certain wavelengths of red and near-infrared light. What’s simply amazing is the incredible healing benefits this can provide.
