Dustin Irwin has quite the resume. After graduating from Ferris State University, he went to work for The Ritz-Carlton Golf Club & Spa, Jupiter. Since he's been in Orlando, Georgia, Arizona, Hawaii, California, back to Florida and has finally settled in Carlsbad as the Club Director at Omni La Costa Resort & Spa.
