Having converted his estate agency into a self-employed model, he now offers help to other agency owners who are thinking about making this move.

His latest venture is to work with Greenhouse OS which is a platform for agents to grow their business through the adoption of automation and AI. A change is coming and the pace of change is about to get faster.
