May is Mental Health Awareness month and I will be focusing on bettering your mental health.
To be able to care for the people you love, you must first take care of yourself.
After enduring a worldwide pandemic for over a year I am sure you are possibly noticing some effects on your mental health like feeling:

- Exhausted from the increased duties at home
- Anxious from all the fears of the unknown
- Like you’re in a fog and unable to think clearly
- A loss of motivation and energy
