Alexis has a background in marketing and communications, but she has also worked as a certified life coach and has experience working with clients to improve their mental health and wellbeing. In her current role as Director of Marketing for an AI technology company, Alexis has led the development of a mental health coaching program for employees.
Alexis is passionate about promoting mental health awareness and reducing the stigma surrounding mental illness. She has also served as a mentor and coach for young professionals in the marketing and communications industry, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals and improve their mental health and wellbeing.
