The exploration begins with the identification of key challenges faced by parents, particularly focusing on care coordination in households with busy parents. Interviews with several parents revealed that managing the dynamic of multiple caregivers—such as grandparents and nannies—led to confusion and stress regarding care and developmental expectations. This confusion was exacerbated by a lack of consistent communication among caregivers, resulting in children struggling to adapt to varying routines and expectations. The decision was made to tackle care coordination as it emerged as a pressing, actionable problem needing innovative solutions.
