Andrea Rice is many things. A former teacher, a runner, a swimmer, a small banana enthusiast, a leader, a learner, a friend, a family member. She has had to adapt and change and pivot whether she expected it or not and in this episode we talk about how much of a struggle that can be when you are used to knowing exactly what to expect or knowing exactly what the future holds. We define what community feels like, rather than focusing on what it's intended to sound like. We talk about growing up and craving the silence of turtles and fishing and cold winters and we talk about Kenora, Ontario. We talk about friendships and social media and having fitness as a non-negotiable. We talk about meditation and journalling and writing nice notes to brighten someone's day. Now go listen!
