Professional beach volleyball player turned health and fitness leader, Gabby Reece, has built a life she loves through the practice of intentional focus. On today’s episode of The Dr. & The Nurse, Gabby sits down with David to talk about how each of us can use the practices she’s employed to create our dream lives.

David begins the conversation by asking Gabby how she maintained her focus on what mattered most as her career change and priorities shifted—first from athlete/spokeswoman to now business owner/mother/wife.
