James Layfield is a serial entrepreneur.  He is the founder of two very distinct organisations at the moment but those organisations are linked by a common purpose; helping orphans.  Clearfind is an AI tool that scans companies software and finds cost savings: the client retains 70% of the savings, Clearfind takes 15% for it’s fee and the remaining 15% goes to James’ other venture, The Awesomage.   This is where the orphans come in…

This conversation looks at the potential for commercially driven organisations to make real tangible differences in the world by looking for win win opportunities.  I found this conversation hugely inspiring.  Not only for the scale of what The Awesomage’s ambition but also for how private sector organisations could operate and offer real social value in the world.
