Today’s guest is Ben Prentiss, owner of Prentiss Hockey Performance in Connecticut, US. With over 22 years in the industry, Ben has worked with professional athletes from all 30 NHL teams, including multiple MVP’s, Stanley Cup Champions, Olympians and is currently a consultant for the New York Rangers.

In this episode, Ben shares some incredible insights through many years of experience including the difference in being a coach and business owner, how coaches can look at upskilling and education, how he handled national media from Players Tribune, ESPN, Sports Illustrated, Bleacher Report, his programming principles and KPI’s for his Hockey athletes, common overuse injuries, how he manages such a massive workload plus a lot more.
