How often do you play? How often do you allow yourself to be silly, to do something just because it’s fun, with no particular objective in mind? As you will hear, most adults don’t play enough, something that may be an even bigger problem during this pandemic. “Play” is another way of saying “embrace uncertainty”. Remember when “uncertainty” wasn’t referred to as negatively as it currently is? We need to rediscover play.

He has worked with Google, Microsoft, the NFL and many others. Jeff is also an accomplished speaker and has presented at the likes of SXSW and Australia’s Pausefest. He speaks to audiences around how major issues in the workforce can be solved using play. He was also selected by Engagedly as one of the Top 100 HR Influencers for his work around addressing toxicity in the workplace. His company is appropriately named Rediscover Your Play.
