Hey Untanglers!
Raise your hand if you're burned out???? 🙋‍♀️ Yep, it’s that time of year again. As ADHDers, burnout isn’t exactly new to us—but let’s be honest, the end-of-year pressure can hit HARD. Social gatherings piling up, family expectations weighing us down, and that nagging feeling that we need to have everything wrapped up before the holidays? It’s a recipe for exhaustion. And when we’re running on empty, our ADHD impulsivity loves to take the wheel.
But all jokes aside, because burnout isn’t just an inconvenience—it’s serious. It can take a real toll on our health and well-being. That’s why, this week, We are revisiting a powerful conversation with one of my personal mentors and ADHD coach trainers: Cathy Rashidian.
Cathy is no ordinary coach—she’s a total powerhouse. With a laundry list of credentials, including PCC certification through the International Coach Federation (ICF), PAAC credentials, and advanced ADHD training from ADDCA, she’s the real deal. She’s also a lead trainer at ADDCA and the host of the Proudly ADHD podcast.
But Cathy’s impact isn’t just about her professional accolades—it’s her life experience that makes her truly inspiring. In our chat, she opens up about living with ADHD, how her diagnosis reshaped her life, and the wake-up call that changed everything: being diagnosed with blood cancer at just 35.
Here are a few gems she shared:
Cathy’s raw honesty, strength, and mission to help others show up as their authentic selves blew me away. Having her on the podcast was such a blessing, and I know you’re going to love this conversation as much as I did.
So, what are you waiting for?
