Healthcare real estate: A stable, dynamic, and growing asset

As interest rates shift and traditional commercial sectors like office and retail struggle, healthcare real estate stands out to investors looking for a stable and growing alternative. While Strotton suggests solid investment returns, he urges investors to do their due diligence by understanding the differences between primary, secondary and tertiary levels of healthcare services, and engaging with sector professionals to ensure the viability of new projects.
