Elizabeth shares the importance of embracing differences in a relationship. In order to truly thrive in a relationship, we must stay curious and create a culture of respect.

We also touch on self-awareness, and why working through one's own issues (losses, traumas, etc.) is vital in order to feel safe in one's relationship. We cannot depend on another individual to do our self-discovery work for us.

At the end of the day, the most important relationship we have is the one we have with ourselves.
