Chris Taber is a sport scientist and has a PhD in Sport Physiology and Performance. Chris is the assistant professor at Sacred Heart University and is the head coach at Sacred Heart Weightlifting.
In this episode Chris, Josh and I spoke about the loading, volumes and intensities used to write a program right from Day 1. We also spoke about the use of speed work as a monitor for fatigue.
