This week on The Revolutionized Mind, we are joined by Canadian Sports Broadcaster, Mental Health Speaker, and Founder of Sick Not Weak, Michael Landsberg! I am so grateful that I got the chance to sit down with someone that I listened to on the radio growing up (fangirl moment). In this episode, Michael talks about his experience with depression, the impacts of talking about mental illness publicly, and why he ultimately decided to start a Charitable Foundation. Michael is extremely passionate and honest when it comes to changing the conversation around mental health. He shares lots of personal stories to highlight how important it is to talk about these things and the positive effects it can have on those who are struggling. Michael helps others feel less alone in their mental illness journeys and creates a safe space for people to open up about what they are going through.
