It doesn't matter how fast you are. It doesn't mater how long you've been running, It doesn't matter how experienced you are as a runner. It doesn't matter how many times you've seen the Gaslight Anthem in concert. You're going to have some tough runs. I'm hoping that this episode helps. Because if you can have a better run when you you're having a tough run you';re going to have better runs and that means you will become a better runner.
