Kenny Baker is a 3rd Degree Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) under Gordo Europe BJJ, Co-Founder/Owner and Head Coach at Flo Martial Arts in Plymouth, UK.

Kenny is a lifelong Martial Artist who has dedicated 20 years to BJJ and has trained under the late Karl Tanswell, Renzo Gracie, John Danaher and Braulio Estima. He is a longtime friend and training partner of UFC fighter, Gunnar Nelson. At the time of writing, Kenny has over 200 students, including 4 black belts and countless brown, purple and blue belts.

Expect to get the everyday perspective on what BJJ is, it's effectiveness in competition against other martial arts, what it takes to be at an elite level, how it benefit you as a man, a bit of banter and much more...
