We all have a voice in our head. Sometimes this voice can be like an annoying roommate that just doesn't know when to keep their mouth quiet, sometimes it's that grumpy relative that just sits in the corner mumbling criticisms under their breath, other times its a cheerleader. Becoming a conscious observer of this voice can help us to choose into which voice we want to believe. Often times we choose to believe the negative voice in our head just because it sounds like our voice and it is familiar to us. But that doesn't mean what the voice is saying is true.
