In this episode, I interview Shannon Ferguson, the Co-founder and CEO at FanSaves, a digital platform based in Ottawa, Canada that offers fans discounts and deals from sponsors of their favorite teams and organizations. Shannon grew up playing competitive hockey so her experience has grown her skills and allowed her to lead with authority and credibility.

The social couponing platform serves as the bridge that connects fans to their favorite teams, organizations, and team sponsors. This was launched in 2017 together with Shannon's life partner, Chris McCarthy. They are currently working with 45 teams and organizations across North America and have surpassed 600 businesses and brands offering deals on the digital platform.

Shannon says that success is waking up happy every day and loving what you do. She added, "The happier you are in life, the more tangible things like money, fame or anything that usually equate with success find you."
