Steve and Marianna Richardson (BYU Professors, Returned Mission Leaders, Institute teachers, Authors, Parents of 12 children, Patriarch) join Sean to discuss how missionaries can keep their plan from the mission alive. Sean talks about his participation in the filming of the "My Plan" program that missionaries do their last 6 weeks of the mission.
