A certified yoga instructor, reiki practitioner, cacao facilitator and human design reader, Ally shares the fundamental principles of the ancient practice of reiki healing. Along with explaining what reiki is and how it's practiced, she shares more on the many health benefits of energy work that include: releasing stress, feeling more peace and calm, better sleep, and less pain.
