Learn more about your body. Refuse to accept something you don't want to accept. Go and try different approaches. See shifts occur. Reading a book is great, but without application, it's useless.
When we see other people achieving great things, it really speaks to something that is innate within all of us - the desire to be great, and the desire to leave something great behind.
Take the risk, get out of your comfort zone, be the man, and take the lead.
