If you think of it that way, you can endure it for a few minutes.
So, let's look at some preventative ways.
1. Engage in regular physical activity: Regular exercise has been found to have a protective effect against breast cancer. According to a study published in the Journal of the National Cancer Institute, women who engaged in moderate to vigorous physical activity for at least 30 minutes a day had a lower risk of developing breast cancer compared to those who were less physically active. Physical activity not only helps in weight management but also reduces estrogen levels in the body, which can contribute to a reduced risk of breast cancer.
2. Maintain a healthy weight: Obesity has been linked with an increased risk of breast cancer, especially after menopause. Excess body weight can lead to increased estrogen production, which can fuel the growth of breast cells and potentially lead to cancer.
